Olympians and world class sprinters Harry Aikines and Trayvon Bromell join us from their bases in London and Florida in our latest #NoFunStandingStill AT HOME session to give us their take on all things sprinting.
Team GB 100m athlete Harry Aikines is a multiple gold medallist, who ran in the 4 x 100m relay at the European Championships in 2014 and 2018 and at the 2018 Commonwealth Games.
Trayvon Bromell has represented Team USA on the world stage on multiple occasions. He was the first junior to break the 10 second barrier in the 100m with a time of 9.97 seconds and took home gold in the 60m at the World Indoor Championships In 2016.
Here the duo team up to share their experiences as elite athletes at the very pinnacle of their sport and pass on their tips, hints and advice to runners and aspiring sprinters.
