Hanwag Kaduro Low GORE-TEX Women's Walking Shoes

GORE-TEX Upper

The upper of the Kaduro Low has been created using a high-quality, long-lasting construction. The Kaduro Low uses a Perwanger Suede leather upper to protect feet on the trail, while supplying you with a pair of shoes you can rely on for the long run. Working alongside this is a waterproof, breathable GORE-TEX Invisible membrane that keeps your feet dry and comfortable, through changing weather conditions. GORE-TEX prevents water from entering the shoes during rainy hikes. The membrane contains over 9 billion microscopic pores per square inch, which are 20,000 times smaller than a water droplet but 700 times larger than water vapour molecules. This prevents water from entering but allows heat and vapour to escape, keeping feet dry from the inside out. Moisture-wicking properties prevent sweat from building up, keeping them dry during hot, active periods. Further protecting feet and the shoes on difficult terrain, the shoes include a protective TPU toe cap, shielding you from knocks, bumps and scrapes when traversing changing trails. A padded collar and tongue enhance comfort while combining with the traditional laces to provide you with a secure, locked-in fit, preventing in-shoe slipping from occurring when moving around. Completing the upper is a rear fabric attachment loop that assists when putting the shoe on or taking it off.

TPU and e-TPU Midsole

Cushioning your feet on your adventures, Hanwag has included their new Bead Technology. This combines the best properties of PU, stability, cushioning and durability, with eTPU's light weight, comfort and energy return capability. This provides a comfortable feel from the moment you put them on while protecting your feet from shocks and offering plenty of stability on uneven terrain. The midsole absorbs impact when striking tough, tricky terrain, preventing the risk of injury or discomfort on long and difficult journeys. It then uses the energy to put a spring in your next step, keeping you going so you can put the miles in. This midsole will prepare you for whatever adventure you choose to take on next and keep you comfortable throughout.

Rubber Outsole

The shoes are completed with a custom-developed outsole with a multifunctional design that provides excellent grip on the most diverse of terrain. This lightweight sole's tread is designed to wear out less quickly in the usual areas, which helps the shoe last longer. The durable rubber protects itself from damage and users from losing control, holding you firm on uneven terrain, for complete confidence over varied trail surfaces. The shoe has been designed to be resoled if necessary.
