The soft, padded heel collar sits close to the ankle to provide increased comfort, while the flat-laying tongue prevents irritation caused by rubbing. Completing the upper is a traditional lacing system which locks down the midfoot to reduce in-shoe slippage so you can enjoy distraction-free strides.
