Scarpa Ribelle Cross GORE-TEX Walking Boots

The Ribelle Cross GORE-TEX is a comfortable mid-cut shoe that supports and protects the ankle. Ideal for use over long periods, this shoe protects feet from poor weather, thanks to the GORE-TEX membrane, which guarantees high technical performance with low environmental impact.

Breathable Mesh Upper

Providing outstanding levels of comfort and protection, the Ribelle Cross utilises a mesh upper, keeping your feet at an ideal level of comfort and ensuring you remain focused on the trail ahead. The mesh has high-wearing properties, to prevent discomfort and breaking. This also ensures constant airflow whilst allowing built-up heat to escape, keeping feet cool and fresh. The moisture-wicking properties provide you with a quick drying experience, preventing distraction or discomfort from occurring. A GORE-TEX ePE membrane prevents water from entering the boots, keeping feet dry, even in more treacherous conditions and moisture-wicking materials prevent a build-up of sweat and moisture, so feet stay dry and cosy, inside and out. GORE-TEX ePE is also the most breathable material to ensure feet won't heat up or become uncomfortable. Additionally, the durable nature of the materials will keep your feet well-protected and shielded from knocks and bumps. Furthering protection and increasing the stability of the shoe Scarpa has added an Exo frame, this is a thermo-welded cage that helps to lock in the foot whilst adding structure to the shoe. A 3D autofit ankle pad has been added for comfort, protection and ankle wrap, preventing unwanted irritation when walking. A traditional lacing system completes the boots, this locks down the midfoot for reduced in-shoe movement.

EVA Midsole

A compressed EVA platform resides underfoot for lightweight, responsive cushioning. Generous and durable, it spares your joints as you strike down on hard, unforgiving surfaces. Exceptionally lightweight, the EVA ensures long-lasting cushioning to keep you comfortable on long-distance days. EVA is extremely firm, which absorbs shocks instantly and effectively, preventing them from causing any damage to the sole. The energy produced will also be returned as a rebound, adding spring to your step. The midsole ensures you're ready for the unpredictable trails and tough terrain. An ergonomic fibreglass shank helps and supports the roll transition at every step for a more efficient walking style. The boots incorporate Scarpa's Activfit system, tailored to accommodate a woman's unique foot shape, ensuring an ideal fit and enhancing performance in challenging conditions.

PRESA TRN-05 Outsole

Exceptional grip and control are guaranteed across a wide range of distances and on various surfaces with the PRESA TRN-05 outsole. The rubber can form a solid connection to the ground creating a strong traction. This will keep you under control when taking on technical paths and trails. The rubber is abrasion-resistant, retaining its shape and definition despite being tested on hard and rough surfaces. This will mean that the long-term functionality of the outsole is maintained well. The pronounced 4mm lugs and grooves will provide extra grip, especially in wet conditions, by anchoring the feet to provide a strong base to push on from.
