Evolo Suede Upper
Supplying your feet with the perfect balance of protection, comfort and style, the Mojito Re-Shoes are built with post-consumer water-resistant suede. This means the materials used to build the upper have already been used to create a shoe previously, lowering the environmental impact compared to the standard Mojito production process. The water-resistant upper protects your feet in light rain and snow, keeping them dry when the weather turns. The suede has been created using an innovative process that uses recycled production waste without losing quality. Inside the shoe, Scarpa has included an Eco Stretch textile lining, which stretches with the foot and is soft against the skin for a comfortable wearing experience. The shoes feature a toe and heel rand, protecting your feet against knocks and scrapes on debris, rocks, and other obstacles, which may cause problems or discomfort. Completing the upper is an extended lacing fastening down to the toe, taken from the world of climbing, for maximum customisation and a comfortable fit, held in place by holes and eyelets.
EVA Midsole
To ensure you have a good level of underfoot cushioning and protection, the hiking shoes have a medium-density EVA midsole compound. The midsole section helps prevent injuries and joint stress by absorbing the impact that often occurs when stepping onto uneven terrain, keeping you comfortable and allowing you to remain focused on the trail ahead.
PRESA Outsole
The PRESA sole is made with a high-grip and durable compound, pronounced heel and hiking-oriented lugs, which promote braking on descents and grip on climbs. This will keep you in control when taking on technical paths and trails. The rubber is abrasion-resistant, retaining its shape and definition despite being tested on hard and rough surfaces.
