Engineered Mesh and Synthetic Upper

Keeping you focused and comfortable during intense running sessions and training days, the AERO Spark features a combination of engineered mesh, alongside synthetic uppers. Keeping feet cool and fresh throughout, they feature strategic perforations for constant and comfortable airflow and have a flexible construction that sits soft against your feet to reduce irritation. With moisture-wicking properties, the shoes reduce an uncomfortable build-up of sweat or moisture, for dry, comfortable feet when things get intense. Working alongside this, to protect feet, the shoes have synthetic inserts that also reduce the risks of wear and tear or damage when running. The shoes also have fewer seams to prevent irritation or chafing from occurring during excessive movement. Securing the midfoot and ensuring feet stay secure, the shoes feature a traditional lace-up system.

Hyper Burst Ice Midsole

The AERO Spark features Hyper Burst Ice cushioning, Skechers' dual-density Hyper Burst technology to provide a super soft, responsive and ultra-lightweight experience. This unique design provides feet with a plush, cushioned experience and encourages a more stable run. Propelling you forward, the responsive midsole uses rebound energy to encourage energetic strides, whilst shock-absorbing properties cushion impact when striking down on road running surfaces - reducing joint pain and minimising the risk of injuries for a more enjoyable running experience. For extra levels of plush cushioning and support, the removable Arch Fit insole further reduces shock and increases weight dispersion. Working alongside this, a carbon-infused H-plate enhances stability and delivers energy return with an ultra-high stiffness-to-weight ratio for snappy strides. Hyper Arc technology promotes smooth transitions using a rocker-shaped geometry, meaning heel-to-toe landing is more efficient and natural.

Goodyear Performance Outsole

Enhancing underfoot traction and providing optimal support on a range of road running surfaces, the shoes feature a Goodyear Performance Outsole. The durable compound stands up against the different conditions and surfaces on the roads, ensuring reliability and enhanced longevity. Present across the heel and forefoot the shoes encourage smooth heel-toe transitions and extra grip in areas of the foot that come more into contact with the surface below, promoting stability and support on long adventures. Flex grooves adorn the outsole, allowing feet to move more flexibly and improving the overall durability of the shoes.
