Pig Suede Leather Upper
Constructed using pig suede leather, the upper of the Wrapt Cozy offers lightweight protection over uneven terrains, wherever your adventures take you. Keeping your feet covered and providing long-lasting wear, the upper resists abrasions and protects against the effects of rocks and roots, allowing you to walk with confidence in each step. The leather also offers waterproof protection, keeping feet feeling dry in wet weather conditions. Working alongside the leather material is a faux fur lining, which sits close to the foot to offer increased levels of comfort and warmth. Treated with Cleansport NXT, the Wrapt Cozy naturally reduces the build-up of unwanted odours, keeping feet smelling and feeling fresher on long journeys. A buckle closure assists in putting the shoes on and off and ensures a secure fit, and lastly, a mesh footbed cover allows cool air to flow, helping to regulate temperature.
EVA Midsole
EVA foam has been used within the midsole to ensure a light, durable ride. This ensures ample underfoot cushioning to reduce the impact on the feet on tough trails while remaining as lightweight as possible, so you'll never feel weighed down. The lightweight midsole offers supreme supportive cushioning to key areas like the arch and heel, securing your foot for a smoother transition and wear. By supporting these key areas of the foot, the midsole material helps to prevent discomfort and possible injury. Increasing comfort, Merrell has included an integrated EVA foam insole with a 100% recycled mesh footbed cover for a soft feel from the moment you put them on.
