Material, Construction And Its Benefits

The Octane Pull-On is made from THERMO Plexus material. This was specifically chosen for its thermal regulating, moisture wicking and fast drying properties. The thermal regulating qualities allow the wearer to trap warm air on colder days and also releases warmer air on cooler days, ideal for training in various weather conditions. Moisture-wicking means that the garment draws excess sweat and moisture away from the skin and moves it to outer fabric layers where it can be easily evaporated. A POLYGIENE treatment has also been used on the fabric which reduces the risk of bacteria build-up which could cause odour, keeping the wearer feeling fresh for longer.

Throughout the Octane Pull-On construction, flat locking seams have been used which will reduce weight and bulk. Another benefit of these seams is that they reduce the risk of chafe and discomfort being caused which is common with large and bulky seams.

Other Key Features

On the chest area of the pull-on is a YKK zip finished, mesh lined pocket. This provides secure and easily accessible storage space for essential items which may need to be frequently accessed. Running a third of the way down the chest area is a YKK reverse coil zip. This will allow the wearer to easily adjust the coverage and/or ventilation depending on personal preference and weather conditions.
