Nike Structure Plus Women's Running Shoes
The Nike Structure Plus combines the peace of mind of a stability shoe with the extreme comfort and fun of super foam in a bold, expressive design that inspires runners to lace up with confidence.
Engineered Mesh Upper
Delivering zonal breathability and support, the upper of the Structure Plus ensures an enjoyable experience for runners looking for more stability while on the go. The material allows for optimal airflow around the foot, releasing warm air, then allowing fresh air to circulate. This is achieved through larger perforations in the mesh being focused in high-heat areas. Structural overlays have been strategically placed to provide extra support around the foot, while a secure midfoot band ensures a contained feeling for a confident fit. Comfort has not been forgotten, as a plush tongue and collar have been used to improve the fit and hug the foot. A traditional lacing system has been utilised to pull the upper together and lock down the midfoot securely, minimising the chance of in-shoe slippage. To complete the upper, Nike have included reflective detailing to improve visibility in low light conditions.
ZoomX and ReactX Midsole
The Structure Plus is engineered to elevate everyday training and long runs by delivering the energised, responsive feel of super foam, balanced with the support and comfort necessary for peak performance. This has been achieved by utilising both technologies, with ZoomX foam providing a plush and comfortable feel underfoot and the firmer ReactX offering exceptional stability. The combination ensures your feet and joints are shielded from impact as this is absorbed upon contact with the ground below, before being released in your following stride, propelling you forward.
Dual-Rubber Outsole
Featuring two separate types of rubber, the outsole on the Structure Plus ensures exceptional traction and durability in high-impact zones. The heel is created using high-abrasion rubber for longevity, keeping you up and out on your feet for long periods. While the forefoot features blown rubber, which is lightweight and flexible underfoot, this softer rubber allows for natural flexion with a consistent softness and ground feel.
