Open-Hole Mesh Upper

Designed to be lighter and more breathable than previous models, the Winflo 12 has been constructed using an open mesh upper. The upper provides a lightweight feel, while perforations encourage cool air to flow through the shoes while allowing hot, humid air to escape, helping you remain cool, dry and comfortable. Nike has widened the toebox compared to the Winflo 11, allowing the toes to splay for a more natural feel. The upper is designed to fit like a second skin, with a soft lining and extra padding to the tongue, increasing comfort as you run. Overlays at the toe add a layer of durability. Completing the upper is a traditional lacing system which locks the midfoot to reduce in-shoe movement for distraction-free strides.

Cushlon 3.0 Foam Midsole

The midsole of the Winflo 12 has been created with Cushlon 3.0 foam, offering you the right amount of pop no matter what. It's more responsive and durable than ever, Nike's tried-and-true energy-return go-to. This iteration features an increased stack height for a more responsive, cushioned ride. The extra cushioning softens the impact when striking hard, unforgiving surfaces, preventing risks of injury or discomfort. The midsole of the Winflo 12 also includes a full-length Air Zoom unit. The technology helps cushion the footstrike, offering the best possible protection and comfort when training. Ensuring lightweight, durable and versatile cushioning, the Air Zoom midsole features pressurised air that compresses and recovers through each stride. The unit compresses to reduce impact, and then recovers, allowing the air unit to return to its original shape and volume, ensuring a soft, responsive base for you to push off from. Full Rubber Outsole

Developed using a rubber outsole, the Nike Air Zoom Winflo provides traction and grip on various surfaces. The durable rubber provides a strong grip and protects itself from damage, preventing users from losing control. The rubber is placed on high-wear areas, such as the forefoot and heel, to increase durability. The rubber covers the heel, forefoot and midfoot to enhance durability, resisting the trauma of heel strikes and toe-off to provide you with a reliable, long-lasting running buddy. Completing the outsole are flex grooves offering integrated flexibility for a smooth stride.
