Odlo Millennium S-Thermic Women's Jacket
Maintain warmth and comfort when out in the coldest of conditions with the Odlo Millennium S-Thermic Women's Jacket. With supreme insulation properties and Odlo's innovative Yakwarm technology, the jacket will help you to tackle freezing conditions without feeling any discomfort.
The Millenium S-Thermic Jacket will provide you with supreme thermoregulation, which will ensure that your body temperature will be maintained at a comfortable level. The jacket has a 40g g-loft insulation, and this will retain air inside the jacket for warmth. This will work with the body to trap air inside and heat it, and the warm layer of air will help you battle against the elements.
Comfort within the heat retention is guaranteed, as Odlo have used their Yakwarm technology in the Millenium S-Thermic Jacket. Yak wool fibres are mixed into the fabric, offering improved softness, breathability, active warming and odour resistance compared to other natural blends with merino wool. The supremely soft next-to-skin feel will guarantee long-lasting comfort, whilst you will also feel the benefit of material that will wick moisture away efficiently and effectively. Breathability is also enhanced, as the jacket uses Pertex Quantum Air Fabric. This durable fabric will reduce the overall weight of the jacket, as well as ensuring that the jacket remains windproof. The jacket uses a material that is classed as X-Warm on Odlo's Temperature Control System. A feature of this is the jacket having extra-warm inserts which will protect sensitive areas of the body where heat can escape. Whilst it will work hard to retain the heat, the material will allow moisture to transport out of the layer, and this constant cycle will keep the body feeling comfortable and not too hot. The jacket will work hard to find the perfect balance, so as you begin to increase your activity, the jacket will help you adjust by maintaining the temperature. Within the jacket, the seams are flat-lying, and this will reduce the risk of irritation being caused by rubbing and chafing. A fitted hood will fully cover the head, providing shelter from the rain as well as retaining heat to the head. A full-zip down the front of the jacket will ensure that no air is able to escape out of the front of the jacket, and it will also block all wind out, stopping it from causing you to feel cold. The coverage provided by the zip goes all the way up to the neck, which will further increase the area where heat is retained. You can quickly let the zip down to allow a flow of air into the jacket for ventilation. Items can be carried around you securely in two side zip pockets. The cuffs and them hem will sit snugly on the body, providing more heat retention and also ensuring that the jacket will give an attractive and athletic fit. A reflective stripe down the back will improve low-light visibility
