Synthetic Upper

Designed using a synthetic upper, the Salomon Pulsar encases each foot in breathable comfort. Moving naturally with your foot, the synthetic material ensures maximum comfort and unrivalled durability, while mesh perforations increase airflow to keep you cool. The mesh is extremely breathable, allows a steady airflow to flow, and will work to remove moisture. Once sweat is removed, the material will dry off quickly, and cooler air will replace it to keep you comfortable. Sensifit technology wraps around the foot in a firm, customised fit, which helps anchor you to the midsole and reduce in-shoe slippage so that you can enjoy smooth, distraction-free strides. Also residing in the upper is EndoFit technology, which is an internal fit sleeve designed to hug the foot in exactly the right places and provide a precise fit. Finishing the upper is a Quicklace system that helps to lock down the midfoot to prevent in-shoe slippage for a distraction-free run.

All-Terrain contaGRIP Outsole

For confident strides and enhanced stability across a variety of trail terrains and conditions, the Pulsar features a super durable contaGRIP outsole. It is a super durable, abrasive-resistant compound that stands up against wear and tear and takes on the more treacherous challenges the race throws at you. When traversing an array of conditions, the rubber stands up against wet and muddy surfaces. Completing the outsole are 4mm multi-directional lugs, which dig deep into the ground for biting traction.
