The upper is super protective, with an exceptionally durable design, keeping feet protected from knocks, bumps and scrapes on tricky trails. An update on their predecessors, the boots also feature a leather rand for added protection and in-shoe comfort, whilst enhancing the overall durability of the shoes, particularly in high-wear areas and key stress points. Optimising your in-shoe temperature and keeping feet at the perfect microclimate, the shoes feature a warm, insulated lining for cosy feet in cold climates. The lining is super soft, for the ultimate next-to-skin sensation and an irritation-free hiking experience. Using a combination of hydrophobic treatments, non-absorbent materials, sealed seams and a breathable membrane, the boots keep feet dry in wet conditions. Traditional laces with hook-and-eye closures help to lock down the midfoot, providing you with a secure fit and preventing in-shoe slipping from occurring.
