Knit Upper
The upper of the shoe has been designed with a lightweight and flexible knit for comfort and mobility. It assists with agility and swathes the foot in breathable softness. It allows built-up heat and vapour to escape whilst fresh air flows out for a pleasant cooling sensation. The stretch collar and traditional lacing system work to ensure a comfortable, secure fit. This prevents in-shoe slippage, thus reducing the risk of blisters.
Ortholite Performance Insole
With a barefoot feel and performance, the Primus Lite Knit has been designed so that you can unleash your natural potential in every workout. Stripped back for barefoot living, the shoe allows for a better ground feel. An Ortholite Performance insole provides lightweight step-in comfort with minimal cushioning between your feet and the ground beneath. Adding to the process of creating a recyclable shoe, this insole has been made using 98% recycled Polyurethane foam, which helps to reduce waste and the use of virgin plastics.
Primus Outsole
Utilising a Primus outsole, the Primus Lite Knit allows you to get as close to the ground as possible. This mechanically recyclable outsole is wide, thin and flexible for natural stability, sensory feedback and strength. It has been constructed using 90% synthetic rubber and 10% natural rubber, so you can reclaim your natural potential. Designed to keep you close to the ground, the Primus outsole is a lightweight 2mm performance sole with a low side wall and subtle toe wrap that offers just enough protection for urban environments without limiting your natural movement. A hexagonal tread pattern supports multi-directional flexibility and grip to provide a strong base for you to lift or push off from.
