Mesh Upper

Constructed using an engineered mesh, the upper of the Adizero RC 3 provides an abundance of flexibility, breathability and support. The perforations within the fabric allow cool air to flow throughout the upper whilst, at the same time allowing hot humid air to escape. The mesh acts as a lightweight second skin, providing a supportive and comfortable fit. Its construction creates a perfect microclimate for your feet to thrive in, letting your feet breathe when the temperature starts to rise or your training session heats up. Ensuring a lightweight, locked-in feel the upper has been constructed using light and thin materials which provide minimal weight and maximum performance. Internal reinforcements have also been used on the upper to provide added structure and support. The reinforcements lock your foot into place for added stability on race day. Completing the upper is a lacing system which locks down the midfoot to reduce in-shoe slippage so you can enjoy distraction-free strides.

Bounce Foam Midsole

Featuring a full-length Bounce cushion midsole, the Adizero RC 3 provides a fast, bouncy and comfortable ride. The midsole was constructed using active elastic cells that cushion the foot when it lands and returns energy upon take off - making the shoe feel "bouncy" and propelling you forward so you can reach the next mile with ease. Bounce also offers ample impact protection so when you strike down on the heel you're less likely to cause injury. Feel the benefits and comfort thanks to the cushioning which works to keep your feet through any and all miles. Lightstrike cushioning also features within the midsole to provide additional cushioning and comfort. Lightstike spares your joints as you strike down on hard, unforgiving surfaces and provides a lightweight base for you to push off from. Completing the midsole is a midfoot torsion system which exists to allow the forefoot and rearfoot to move independently; the result is protection, control and an easy heel-to-toe transition.

Blown Rubber Outsole

Developed using a blown rubber outsole, the Adizero RC 3 Running Shoes ensure durability and traction in varied conditions. The outsole is able to form a solid grip with a wide range of different surfaces to ensure multisurface and multidirectional grip. Ensuring you always remain in control the rubber forms a strong connection, anchoring you in place for stability. The outsole also features adiwear on the heel which provides abrasion resistance and added control. The rubber is extremely durable, which will protect itself from abuse from below. This means that it won't wear down easily, which will increase the lifespan of the shoe.
