Nike Infinity Run Flyknit 2 Running Shoes

The Nike React Infinity Run Flyknit 2 continues to help keep you running. A refreshed upper uses Flywire technology that combines with Flyknit for support and breathability where you need it. The high foam heights provide soft responsiveness and long-lasting comfort. It's still one of our most tested shoes, designed to help you feel the potential when your foot hits the pavement.

Flyknit Upper

Designed with an updated version of Flyknit, the Nike React Infinity Run Flyknit 2 Running Shoes encase each foot in streamlined comfort. Three distinctive layers keep the foot secure whilst also providing a lightweight and flexible feel so you can go further for longer with an abundance of comfort and support. Perforations in the forefoot increase airflow, creating a better, healthier environment for your feet to thrive in. The one-piece construction seamlessly integrates these areas of high breathability with stretch and support where you need it the most. An advanced Flyknit upper provides breathability where you need it most. It's strong and durable, helping to keep your foot secure with every mile. Flywire technology offers extra support and stability through the midfoot. The updated Flyknit uppers work with the strong, feather-light Flywire cables to ensure a lock-down fit. The Flywire cables also work with the laces to provide more support as you tighten them, eliminating millimetres of movement with each stride. A cushioned collar provides soft comfort to reduce the risks of irritation whilst a heel loop allows for an easy on and off.

Wide React Foam Midsole

Featuring a wider platform, the Nike React Infinity Run Flyknit 2 Running Shoes provide a more stable ride, helping release energy with every step. Coupled with the higher stack foam and soft react cushioning, the midsole of the Infinity Run creates a softer, more responsive experience for runners. The wider platform and higher stack height help to stop over pronation at the heel making this shoe ideal for runners who need extra support. By increasing the width of the midsole, Nike has been able to enhance support where it is most crucial, the midsole provides the wearer with a supportive base that they can run confidently on. Featuring 24% more foam than the epic reacts, the Infinity Runs' full-length React cushioning platform delivers feathery durability and smooth responsiveness. The reactive nature of this clever midsole material means it absorbs impact and then expels it back out for a bounce-like effect. This energy-return technology reduces the use of superfluous muscle power, diminishing fatigue and enhancing performance, keeping you going for longer. React will spare your joints as you strike down onto hard, unforgiving concrete and infuse every stride with the kind of zealous power that is often elusive in the running world. The heel of the midsole extends beyond the periphery of the upper to form a ledge, a consequence of every runner's perpetual requirement for stability. The shape of the Nike Reacts foam midsole is all about zonal performance; providing support for the 3 phases of a runner's stride-flexibility at toe-off, a smooth ride at mid-stance, and cushioning at contact.

Durable Rubber Outsole

Increased rubber on the outsole completes the React Infinity Run Flyknit 2 Running Shoes to provide enhanced traction and increased durability. It ensures a strong grip and works to protect itself from damage, and protect users from losing control and slipping. The rubber covers the heel, forefoot, and midfoot to enhance durability, resisting the traumas of heel-strike and toe-off to provide you with a reliable and long-lasting running buddy. The rubber has been placed on the three different areas on the outsole and has been constructed with the gait cycle in mind. The rubber on the heel features deeper grooves that compress and cushion as you strike down on hard, unforgiving surfaces whilst the rubber at the midfoot is tighter to allow for a smooth and stable transition to the forefoot where the rubber is even tighter to allow the foot to flex so you can propel at toe-off. Remaining lightweight and durable, the outsole and its geometric, athlete-informed traction pattern help evenly disperse impact to provide a smooth transition and a soft feel, uniting with Nike React technology to support your foot through the footstrike. For the athletes who crave supple comfort and lighter weight in one slick package, choose the Nike React Infinity Run Flyknit.
