ACT Running C.1 Running Shoes

BioFlite Upper

The upper of the C.1 has been constructed with a BioFlite upper, keeping the weight low and feet fresh and comfortable. The material has been constructed using bio-based materials for an ethical choice and allows cool air to flow throughout the shoes, removing built-up heat and ensuring a healthy environment for the feet to thrive in. The upper has a 360-degree wrap construction to mould the foot evenly, adapting to its shape without pressure points, with no excess layers to help prevent friction and discomfort. Additionally, the minimal tongue also prevents irritation caused by rubbing, and the heel pull tabs assist in putting the shoes on and off. Completing the upper is an anti-slip lacing system, which locks the midfoot to prevent excessive movement for a secure fit. The laces are notched to prevent them from coming undone.

SupraFoam Midsole

Utilising a nitrogen-injected, super-critical foam, the midsole of the C.1 delivers enhanced energy return and supreme cushioning. Thanks to the foam, the shoes offer a reactive ride while still providing a cushioned and supported landing, making this shoe built for daily miles. The foam is exceptionally cushioned, providing resilient and reliable landings with high-rebound cushioning. The lightweight midsole means that this road-ready shoe won't weigh you down. The midsole uses a geometry rocker specifically designed with a low heel-to-toe drop, creating a rocking chair effect that supports the foot's natural roll and encourages a guided gait cycle for a faster toe-off.

Durable Rubber Outsole

Designed to be flexible and durable, the outsole of the ACT Running C.1 has been constructed using durable rubber. This uses long-lasting rubber strategically placed in high-wear areas such as the forefoot and heel. The rubber increases durability and resists the trauma of heel strikes to bring you a long-lasting running shoe. The durable rubber outsole will keep you in firm control across various terrains over time.
