adidas Throwstar Track and Field Shoes

Ready for meet day. These adidas track shoes help you reach new PBs in shot put, discus and hammer throw events. They're designed for beginner and intermediate athletes with a locked-in fit that feels secure throughout the rotation.

Textile Upper

With a multitude of sporting events where throwing is required, it is vitally important to have a shoe that offers you the best chance of performing at your optimum level, for longer. The adidas Throwstar Track And Field Shoes offer supreme ventilation and breathability in the upper which works to reduce the amount of sweat and moisture in the foot, leaving you cool, dry and comfortable to go out and repeatedly push for your personal best. Aside from ventilation, the upper possesses a soft collar around the ankle which reduces pressure on the ankles and Achilles to minimise the chances of injury or strain on that area. A traditional lacing system provides great midfoot support and ensures your stability is maintained.

EVA Cushioned Midsole

An EVA midsole features to provide lightweight, responsive cushioning and support, making these shoes ideal for either training or competing. It also helps to reduce the impact on your feet during your run-up, and cushions your feet for maximum energy return.

Textured synthetic outsole

The outsole provides excellent durability and traction to help you keep your balance and your body maximising the power to throw for greater distances and achieve the best possible results. It is also crucial that the grip of the outsole delivers reliability and the shoe is enabled to be a valuable addition to your track and field attire.
