adidas Terrex Trailmaker 2 GORE-TEX Women's Walking Shoes

Versatile and lightweight, the adidas Terrex Trailmaker 2.0 GORE-TEX Hiking Shoes offer waterproof protection and all-terrain support for hikers of all levels. They blend the lightweight, cushioned feel of a running shoe with the added support and traction of a hiking boot, making them suitable for local trails and rugged terrain.

GORE-TEX Upper

Supplying your feet with an excellent layer of waterproof protection, the Terrex Trailmaker 2 Shoes utilise a GORE-TEX membrane. The materials will ensure that feet remain dry throughout, even during wet and damp adventures, whilst also providing you with an optimum level of breathability and comfort, so your feet stay dry from the inside and out. Adding further weather protection the shoes have been coated with a water-repellent finish, stopping water and moisture from entering the shoe. Helping to keep your feet injury-free when on the trail, the shoes feature synthetic overlays, which protect from bumps and scrapes from rocks and trail debris. A gusseted tongue provides a comfortable fit whilst ensuring dirt and trail debris do not enter the shoe. Completing the uppers is a traditional lace-up system, therefore providing you with a locked-in secure fit, ensuring that in-shoe slippage is prevented.

Lightweight EVA Midsole

Developed using an EVA, the midsole of the adidas Terrex Trailmaker Walking Shoe is extremely lightweight and comfortable. The full-length platform of EVA resides underfoot for lightweight, responsive cushioning. Generous, soft and durable, it spares your joints as you strike down on hard, unforgiving surfaces. Exceptionally lightweight, the EVA ensures long-lasting cushioning to keep you comfortable on long-distance days. EVA is extremely firm, which will absorb shocks instantly and effectively, preventing them from causing any damage to the sole. The energy produced from this will also be returned as a rebound, giving you an added spring in your step. The midsole ensures you're ready for unpredictable trails and tough terrain.

Continental Rubber Outsole

Developed using a Continental Rubber outsole, the adidas Terrex Trailmaker 2 GORE-TEX Walking Shoes ensure extraordinary traction in wet and dry conditions. Inspired by tyre technology, Continental Rubber supplies traction on wet and dry surfaces, meaning you can move fast through varied terrain. Providing a multi-directional grip, the outsole ensures traction on varied terrain for confident footing wherever you go. The durable rubber provides a strong grip on the most challenging terrain; it works to protect itself from damage and protect users from losing control and slipping. The outsole is designed to be just as durable as the midsole, leaving you with a resilient, cushioned and grippy running shoe while the multi-directional lugs enhance grip and traction.
