adidas Adizero Adios Pro 3 Women's Running Shoes

World records and personal bests were made to be broken with the help of the adidas Adizero Adios 3 running shoes. These race-ready shoes are tuned for speed, with a featherlight upper, three layers of resilient Lightstrike Pro cushioning and ENERGYRODS that limit energy loss with each stride. Designed for half to full-marathon courses, they're your lightweight ride to the finish line.

Celermesh 2.0 Upper

Constructed using a Celermesh, the new lightweight upper of the Adizero Adios Pro 3 provides specific support where athletes need it most. The perforations within the fabric allow cool air to flow throughout the upper whilst, at the same time allowing hot humid air to escape. The mesh acts as a lightweight second skin, providing a supportive and comfortable fit. Its construction creates a perfect microclimate for your feet to thrive in, letting your feet breathe when the temperature starts to rise or your training session heats up. Ensuring a lightweight, locked-in feel the upper has been constructed using light and thin materials which provide minimal weight and maximum performance. Internal reinforcements within the shoes provide added structure and support. The reinforcements lock your foot into place for added stability on race day. Completing the upper is a lacing system that locks down the midfoot to reduce in-shoe slippage so you can enjoy distraction-free strides.

Lightstrike Pro Midsole

Designed to provide complete comfort from the moment you put them on till the moment you take them off, the adidas Adizero Adios Pro 3 Running Shoes have been constructed using Lightstrike Cushioning. This midsole consists of two layers of resilient Lightstrike Pro foam that spares your joints as you strike down on hard, unforgiving surfaces whilst also propelling you forward to provide you with explosive movement and enduring speed. These two layers of foam provide the best experience for the runner during racing and training. The light and springy ride supports your feet through the gait cycle whilst remaining as lightweight as possible to ensure you can reach new PBs. Embedded in the midsole is optimised ENERGYRODS 2.0 which supports your foot as you run and propels you forward to give you an extra spring in your step. This technology is all in one piece for harmonious stiffness and energy return.

Lightweight Rubber Outsole

Developed using a Continental rubber outsole, the Adizero Adios Pro 3 Running Shoes ensure extraordinary traction in wet and dry conditions. Inspired by tyre technology, Continental rubber supplies traction on varied surfaces supplying you with amazing and secure footing on uneven surfaces, giving you no excuse not to run. The rubber construction of the outsole is highly durable, resisting wear as it comes into contact with the ground for longer-lasting wear. This Premium outsole is crafted to create traction and offers enough traction to help you take corners at a fast pace so you can achieve your best.
