adidas Terrex Agravic 3 Trail Running Shoes

Run fast every day in the Terrex Agravic 3, built for comfort, speed and stability for those who run the trails daily. They offer the ultimate blend of comfort, durability, and protection for routine trail running.

Textile and Synthetic Upper

The upper has been constructed from a highly breathable textile for maximum comfort. It features micro-perforations that allow built-up heat and vapour to escape whilst fresh air is encouraged to flow in. Abrasion-resistant overlays provide support and targeted abrasion resistance, protecting your feet from knocks and scrapes on the trail. The gusseted tongue and traditional lacing system provide a locked-in feel for great control and security, helping you fly over hills and down gullies with confidence.

Lightstrike Midsole

Lightstrike EVA technology has been embedded into the Terrex Agravic 3 for durable cushioning. The Lightstrike compound provides endless energy return from heel strike through to the toe-off phase of the gait cycle. When your heel hits the floor, the midsole compresses and stores kinetic energy; as you transition through to mid-stance, the midsole relaxes and releases the stored energy, which propels you forward with an explosive take-off. This means you can run further using less energy, helping you to get the most out of your adventures into the wilderness. It ensures a plush feel, stability, and responsive cushioning, handling every stride impact on rough surfaces. A moulded sockliner ups the cushioning comfort, providing a soft bed for your feet on impact.

Continental Rubber Outsole

The Continental Rubber outsole delivers extraordinary traction in wet and dry conditions, whilst 4mm inner and 5mm outer lugs bite into the earth for advanced traction on wet and loose ground, meaning you can run with confidence. Grip and traction are combined with durability, as the Continental rubber resists damage, ensuring you get long-lasting use and enjoyment from the shoes. A TPU plate provides snappy energy return, giving you a spring in your step, as well as added stability and protection.
