adidas Adizero Adios Pro 3 Running Shoes

The pinnacle of Adizero Racing products, the Adios Pro 3s have been built with and for athletes, achieving unbelievable feats. Designed with a Continental outsole and innovative Lightstrike Pro technology, the shoes offer an unbeatable balance of comfort and performance.

Synthetic Upper

Enhancing in-shoe comfort and providing durability, the Adizero Adios Pro 3s have a lightweight textile and synthetic upper. The combination of materials has strategically placed perforations to provide you with optimised breathability, helping to prevent overheating and ensuring the perfect level of in-shoe comfort. The materials are highly durable to help keep feet protected from knocks and bumps on your run, ensuring you have a reliable running companion. Not only this, but the materials are flexible to allow feet to move and bend comfortably, whilst moisture-wicking properties prevent a build-up of sweat and moisture. Completing the upper is a lacing system that locks down your foot to reduce in-shoe slippage so you can enjoy every stride.

Lightstrike Pro Midsole

Made from two layers of adidas' most resilient foam, the Adios Pro 3s utilise Lightstrike Pro cushioning. This midsole compound helps to spare your joints during striking on hard, unforgiving surfaces, therefore reducing the risks of injury or discomfort, whilst also propelling you forward for explosive movement and adding bounce to your step. This resilient foam is extremely lightweight and helps to reduce fatigue in the legs when training and racing. The light and springy ride supports your feet through the gait cycle whilst remaining as lightweight as possible for improved performance and a distraction-free ride. Working alongside this, the shoes utilise ENERGYRODS 2.0 for a snappy, stiff level of energy return, further reducing the risks of injury, and propelling you forward for an extra spring in your step. Not only this but ENRGYRODS 2.0 keep you stable underfoot.

Continental Rubber Outsole

For outstanding grip and traction across a range of surfaces, the Adizero Adios Pro 3 Running Shoes have a combined Continental and Textile Rubber Outsole. This grippy compound provides you with extraordinary traction across wet and dry surfaces, for confident footing across all terrains. This durable outsole will endure even the toughest of conditions during your run, keeping you grounded from start to finish.
