adidas Terrex AX4 GORE-TEX Women's Walking Shoes

The outdoors is made for exploring and these adidas Terrex AX4 GORE-TEX Walking Shoes are built to explore high and low, near and far. Their multi-sport design is light enough for day hikes and technical enough for alpine scrambles and via ferratas. They support your feet with a lightweight yet rugged and stable feel so you can focus on your route.

Mesh and Synthetic Upper

Providing you with a lightweight, waterproof and versatile pair of hiking shoes, the AX4 Walking Shoes utilise a combination of GORE-TEX lining, mesh and synthetic materials for the upper construction of these shoes. With a waterproof GORE-TEX membrane and lining the AX4 keeps your feet dry and protected as you take on the trail. GORE-TEX works tirelessly to shed water whilst retaining breathable properties to improve comfort and airflow. The upper also features a moulded sock liner to enhance the comfort and fit of the hiking shoe. The lightweight mesh materials allow cool air to circulate throughout the upper to ensure you remain cool, dry and comfortable. Perforations within the fabric increase airflow, promoting a healthier environment for your feet to thrive. A gusseted tongue provides a comfortable feel whilst preventing dirt and trail debris from entering the shoes. Completing the upper of the AX4s is a lacing system that locks down the midfoot so you can enjoy distraction-free strides. This product is made with Primegreen, which is a series of high-performance recycled materials, therefore at least 50% of the upper is recycled contents.

Lightweight EVA Midsole

Lightweight EVA resides in the midsole to ensure long-term cushioning and comfort for a more responsive, comfortable feel. The plush cushioning helps minimise the wear and tear placed upon your joints during high-intensity activities such as walking on difficult trails. This also reduces the potential risk of injury, giving you the confidence to maximise focus and performance.

Continental Rubber Outsole

The adidas Terrex AX4 Walking Shoes outsole features Continental rubber with a superbly engineered outsole lug design that offers multi-directional grip and multi-surface traction without putting extra pressure on the foot. The adidas Terrex AX4s are a great choice for outdoor enthusiasts as they ensure you stay sure-footed in all and any terrain and weather conditions.
