adidas Supernova Rise 2 Running Shoes

You got into running, and now there's a 5K on your calendar. Keep making progress in these adidas running shoes for daily runs. They ride on a Dreamstrike+ midsole, adidas' lightweight super foam tuned for comfort. Support Rods help guide you from heel strike to toe-off, and the new refined sandwich mesh upper is elegantly engineered for optimised breathability and the most flexible, comfortable fit yet.

Engineered Sandwich Mesh Upper

Constructed with a combination of mesh and textile materials for enhanced breathability and lightness, the upper of the Supernova Rise 2 ensures a comfortable fit. The sandwich mesh is designed so it stretches where the foot needs it and as it does so, perforations open to let fresh air circulate whilst enabling warm air to escape, creating the perfect microclimate. The rest of the upper remains structured and supportive. Extra ventilation means a better, healthier climate for your feet to thrive in; preventing the development of that distracting clammy feeling, keeping you comfortable and motivated. The padded tongue and heel construction delivers a comfortable feeling from the first step and provides a natural fit; allowing for optimal movement while still providing support. Completing the upper is a traditional lacing system that locks the midfoot for a more secure fit and reduces in-shoe slippage.

Dreamstrike+ Midsole

Featuring adidas' new Dreamstrike+ technology, the midsole of the Supernova Rise 2 is lightweight and durable, perfect for everyday running. This new super foam has been tuned to offer comfort and support throughout your run. The plush, responsive cushioning will spare your joints as you sprint down onto hard, unforgiving concrete, keeping you comfortable mile after mile. Paired with Support Rods, the adidas Supernova Rise helps to ensure an optimal level of support and smooth transitions.

ADIWEAR Outsole

Providing you with exceptional grip and traction on a variety of terrain and surfaces, the Supernova Rise 2 utilise an ADIWEAR outsole. The rubber offers an optimal balance of amazing abrasion resistance, traction and flexibility to create ultimate high-wear durability. Not only this but it works alongside the midsole to ensure a cushioned, comfortable and grippy pair of shoes that you can rely on for the long run. This full-length outsole provides grip without adding weight, keeping you free to move.
