adidas Response Runner 2 Women's Running Shoes

Crafted for those who embrace the thrill of the run. The adidas brand is synonymous with quality, and this model is no exception. Whether you're tackling a marathon or a casual jog, the shoe is designed to support every move. With this shoe, you're not just running; you're making a statement.

Breathable Mesh Upper

The Response Runner 2 utilises a mesh upper to provide comfort, breathability and support. Perforations within the material allow for air to flow effectively around the foot, allowing for warm air to escape, making room for fresh, cool air to flow. Under the mesh sits a textile lining, minimising irritation from possible friction and reducing sweat due to its moisture-wicking properties. The upper is also lined with TPU overlays, providing support and adding structure to the overall build of the shoes. A padded collar and tongue ensure a cushioned and snug fit against the foot, keeping you feeling secure. This is complemented by the traditional lacing system that effectively locks down the midfoot.

Cloudfoam Midsole

The Cloudfoam midsole offers a holistic comfort experience from step-in to stride, designed for an ultra-soft step with extra cushioning. The foam absorbs impact from your step, protecting your feet and joints from injury, before releasing built-up energy during your next stride. This reduces energy loss and gives your run that added boost for that unstoppable feeling. Increasing underfoot cushioning, adidas has also included an Ortholite sockliner for instant step-in comfort.

Durable Rubber Outsole

Completing the Response Runner 2 is a durable rubber outsole that provides superior grip and a smooth transition through the gait cycle. With varied textures, the outsole provides grip on various surfaces, with deep flex grooves to enhance natural flexibility within the foot when running and walking. The rubber outsole supplies traction in wet and dry conditions, allowing you to get out and run without excuses. Finally, the outsole is designed to be just as durable as the midsole, providing a resilient, cushioned and grippy running shoe.
