adidas Dropset 4 Women's Training Shoes

The Dropset 4 are your go-to choice for functional strength training. Engineered for versatility, these trainers offer controlled stability and explosiveness, making them suitable for fitness competitions, weight training, muscle endurance workouts, and shorter runs.

Textile Upper

Designed using a textile upper, the Dropset 4 guarantees comfort, breathability and support. Encasing each foot with a breathable layer, your feet will remain cool, dry and comfortable no matter how intense your training becomes. Perforations in the upper allow cool air to circulate, whilst at the same time, removing unwanted, warm air, helping to regulate temperature and create a perfect microclimate where feet can thrive. The upper also features TPU sidewalls that lock in the midfoot, providing additional structure and protecting from knocks and scrapes, keeping them looking in top condition. The soft padded tongue and heel collar sit close to the foot to increase comfort, and finally, a traditional lacing system locks the midfoot for a secure fit and also helps to reduce excessive movement.

Repetitor Midsole

For excellent underfoot cushioning and stable, soft comfort, the Dropset 4 utilises a Repetitor midsole. The foam provides a soft sensation whilst also holding and stabilising your heel for comfortable movement. This will also provide excellent forward propulsion for an energised yet natural stride. With shock-absorbing properties, the shoes absorb impact when striking hard surfaces, helping reduce the risk of discomfort or injury. To ensure that movement is made easy, comfortable and more natural, the shoes keep feet well supported and stable, helping to reduce ankle rolling. The midsole is finished with Geofit heel pods that follow the natural form and function of the heel, providing instant comfort at step-in and a lock-down effect.

Continental Rubber and AdiWear Rubber Outsole

The outsole of the Dropset 4 has been created using a combination of Adiwear and Continental rubber, offering supreme grip on multiple gym surfaces. The outsole rubber protects against wear and tear while ensuring high traction across varied surfaces; the outsole adds a secure grip anywhere these shoes take you. The sole has been combined with Continental rubber to enhance multi-surface grip, be exceptionally durable and long-lasting, leaving you with a resilient, cushioned and grippy training shoe.
