adidas Barricade 14 Men's Tennis Shoes

If your game's all about sharp moves and staying locked in from start to finish, the Barricade 14 Tennis Shoes have your back. Built for play with purpose, they offer solid support whether you're grinding through long rallies or making quick cuts at the net.

Engineered Mesh Upper

Providing zoning ventilation, perforations within the upper of the Barricade 14 allow for airflow to be maximised, keeping you feeling fresh for longer. Warm air is able to escape out of the shoe, allowing for cool air to circulate. The mesh is lightweight and soft against the foot for maximised comfort for a minimal feel. Surrounding the mesh is Adituff technology, this abrasion resistant, reptile-inspired material helps to protect both you and the shoe from damage due to focused durability in high-wear areas, keeping you pushing through game after game. For better assistance when lacing up, the padded tongue features a pull tab for easy adjustment to make the fit more comfortable, while the traditional lacing system doubles down on this as it effectively locks the midfoot down securely. Completing the upper is a soft collar that is gentle against the skin.

Repetitor Midsole

adidas Repetitor provides a consistent level of energy return and stability for a lasting experience. This foam has been focused strategically in the rearfoot to add support and promote smooth transitions when covering ground, allowing you to be prepared for unpredicted turns and stops. A full length midsole of Lightstrike Pro has been added to promote comfort and add plush cushioning to your play. Energy is effectively returned within your strides as the foam soaks up impact, before releasing within the following steps to propel you forward. A lightweight chassis has been utilised to improve stability further when performing technical transitions, this features a claw construction ensuring complete heel lockdown. Atop of the midsole sits a textile sockliner for extra cushioning and a soft base for the underfoot.

Lighttraxion Outsole

The Barricade 14 outsole uses a new Lighttraxion compound to create a lightweight yet highly grippy feel. While lightweight, the rubber is also super durable, helping you stand up to tough play and feel motivated to keep pushing on. It will provide grip when running and pivoting, giving you complete control. Designed to last a long time, the rubber is abrasion-resistant, standing up against heavy contacts to maintain its shape and definition over a long period.
