adidas Adizero Boston 13 Women's Running Shoes

Speed. Energy. Excitement. Feel the spirit of race day everytime you lace into the Boston 13. A lightweight mesh upper gives you a secure fit so you can focus on the road ahead, and layers of Lightstrike and Lightstrike Pro cushioning deliver a light, responsive feel. Through tempo training or long runs, Energyrods limit energy loss to help make every stride feel a little snappier.

Textile Upper

Providing maximised comfort and exceptional breathability, the Boston 13 is designed to keep you feeling fresh for the miles ahead. Perforations within the material allow for superb air flow, letting warm air escape and making room for cool, fresh air. This assists in keeping your feet cool and dry from start to finish, alongside an inner texile lining, that consists of moisture-wicking properties to assist in diminishing moisture build up and minimising irritation from possible rubbing. The revamped tongue and collar now provide extra comfort due to the added padding, this ensures a snug fit to avoid the foot moving about within the shoe. These features also work collaboratively with the traditional lacing system to effectively lock down the midfoot securely, keeping confidence high as you run through the miles.

Lightstrike and Lightstrike Pro Midsole

With a combination of Lightstrike and Lightstrike Pro, Adizero Boston 13 provides ample cushioning for your longest workouts. Lightweight and responsive enough for your race pace with plush protection to absorb and dissipate shock. The 13s have received an upgrade from their predecessor, showcasing enhanced responsiveness with a heightened energetic feel. With a generous stack height of 36mm, this helps to keep your feet feeling fresh as the miles increase. Helping to maintain energy over this time period ensures a soft and bouncy journey, offering a smooth heel-to-toe transition. Additionally, carbon-based ENERGYRODS 2.0 elevate the ride to deliver a responsive finish within the two layers of foam. This combination provides extra stability and power underfoot, encouraging strong training sessions to ready you for race day.

Lighttraxion Outsole and Continental Rubber

The foundations of the Boston 13 consist of two components, offering optimal grip and traction. Lighttraxion all-purpose technology covers the majority of the outsole, keeping the shoe lightweight yet reliable. Improving toe-offs with minimal slippage, the Continental Rubber, efficiently located at the forefront of the outsole, adds precision grip on a variety of surfaces. This training shoe will keep you confident on your feet when tackling the longer miles ahead.
