The Adizero Adios Pro Evo 3 debuted at the 2026 London Marathon, where Sabastian Sawe broke the 2-hour marathon mark in an official race - a milestone moment powered by ADIZERO. adidas' first sub-100-gram running supershoe brings together next-gen LIGHTSTRIKE PRO EVO foam for best-in-class energy return, an all-new carbon-fibre infused ENERGYRIM stiffening element designed to provide tuned stiffness and increased foam amount underfoot, and an optimised outsole with Continental rubber in the forefoot for more reliable traction at its lightest.
Textile and Synthetic Upper
Enhancing in-shoe comfort and providing increased breathability, the Adizero Adios Pro Evo 3 utilises a lightweight, yet durable textile and synthetic upper. The extremely lightweight upper is precisely engineered to feel weightless and deliver a streamlined silhouette. Perforations feature throughout to encourage cool, refreshing air to flow while removing unwanted warm air, helping to regulate temperature and create a microclimate where feet can thrive. Not only this, but the material is flexible to allow feet to move and bend comfortably. The flat-laying tongue helps to further enhance comfort whilst also reducing irritation caused by rubbing or chafing. A textile lining provides softness for step-in comfort, and finally, a traditional lacing system locks the midfoot to prevent excessive movement for a more secure and locked-in feel.

Developed using a Continental rubber outsole, the Pro Evo 3 provides supreme traction in wet and dry conditions.
