HOME NATIONS
The 4th edition of the Sportsshoes Home Nations 5k (supported by Nike) takes place at Coopers Field in Bute Park on the 30th August. Teams from England, Scotland and Wales will take on the best composite teams from around the country.

Event Information
Format
Athletes will be seeded into each race depending on time. This will be done when entries close. Any composite teams or Home Countries teams will also be included in the Men's or Women's Home Nations Races.
Prizes will be issued post race, as soon as positions and team prizes can be calculated.
Parking
Parking is available nearby at North Road (CF10 3DU) and in the Civic Centre (CF10 3NB). Both are 'Pay & Display'.
Registration
Registration will take place in a Sportsshoes Marquee in the event village and will open at 15:00. Numbers are collected on race day from registration.
Facilities
There will be a Nike Lorry, a Caterer, Coffee Bike, Toilets and a Tune Truck operating in the race village.
