adidas Adizero Takumi Sen 11 Women's Running Shoes

If you want to achieve your best performance, look to the Adizero Takumi Sen 11. They provide a light and soft fit that makes you feel like you're flying at every moment of your run. The Lightlock upper keeps your foot in place, allowing you to move easily through corners and straights, and the Lightstrike Pro cushioning and ENERGYRODS 2.0 together will help you run powerfully to the finish line.

Lightlock Upper

Enhancing in-shoe comfort and delivering increased durability, the Takumi Sen 11 utilise a Lightlock upper to provide exceptional comfort and performance. The upper uses both textile and synthetic materials to provide you with optimised breathability, helping to prevent overheating and ensuring the perfect level of comfort. The materials are highly durable, helping to keep your feet protected from knocks and bumps during your run, ensuring you have a reliable running companion. Not only this, but the materials are flexible to allow feet to move and bend comfortably, while the flat-laying tongue reduces irritation caused by rubbing to increase comfort. The fabric lining provides softness for step-in comfort. Completing the upper is a traditional lacing system that locks down your foot to reduce in-shoe slippage so you can enjoy every stride.

Lightstrike Pro Midsole

Designed to provide complete comfort from the moment you put them on till the moment you take them off, the Takumi Sen 11 has been constructed using Lightstrike Pro Cushioning. This midsole consists of super-soft and resilient Lightstrike Pro foam that spares your joints as you strike down on hard, unforgiving surfaces, while also propelling you forward to provide explosive movement and enduring speed. This foam ensures the best experience for the runner during racing and training. The light and springy ride supports your feet through the gait cycle whilst remaining as lightweight as possible to ensure you can reach new PBs. Embedded in the midsole is optimised, carbon-infused ENERGYRODS 2.0 technology, which supports your foot as you run and propels you forward, giving you an extra spring in your step.

LIGHTTRAXION Outsole with Continental Rubber

Developed using a Continental and LIGHTTRAXION rubber outsole, the Takumi Sen 11 ensures extraordinary traction in wet and dry conditions. Inspired by tyre technology, Continental rubber on the forefoot supplies you with an amazing and secure toe-off on uneven surfaces, giving you no excuse not to run. The rubber construction of the outsole is highly durable, resisting wear as it comes into contact with the ground for longer-lasting wear. LIGHTTRAXION rubber also features on the outsole to provide optimal traction while reducing weight, helping you take corners at a fast pace, for your best performance.
