adidas Adizero Evo SL ATR Women's Running Shoes
The Adizero EVO SL ATR Shoes are designed for those who push the limits in their running. With adidas, you're always ready to take on the next challenge.
Ripstop Mesh Upper
Crafted from Ripstop Woven Mesh, the upper of the Adizero Evo SL ensures you are protected from possible bumps and changing weather while out on your run. The mesh is highly durable, protecting both the shoe's longevity and you from discomfort; it's built to last and stay in top condition for longer. A mudguard helps to protect toes and feet from bumps and bashes, furthe extending the life of the shoes. The upper is also water-repellent, working to prevent water from entering the shoe to ensure dry comfort when running on dewy mornings or light rain. To shield feet, the upper has protective overlays attached to it, surrounding the toes and sides of the feet, reducing injury for laser focus on the path ahead. For better stability, a signature Adizero Slinglaunch has been added to the Evo SL ATR, effectively locking the heel into place for extra support. This is complemented by a padded collar and gusseted tongue for an immovable in-shoe fit, alongside the traditional lacing system to lock the midfoot into place. Finally, a heel pull tab has been added to the rear of the shoe, helping you ease into the shoe and getting you out on the roads as soon as possible.
Lightstrike Pro Midsole
Providing endless cushioning underfoot, adidas' Lightstrike Pro foam has been utilised within the midsole of the Evo SL ATR. The midsole keeps you swaddled in plush comfort underfoot. Ensuring outstanding energy return, experience propulsive boosts with every step while your feet stay feeling soft and fresh, providing you with a soft landing. When striking down on unforgiving surfaces, shock is absorbed into the foam, dissipating direct impact and protecting your joints and feet from injury. The light and springy ride supports your feet through the gait cycle whilst remaining as lightweight as possible, ensuring you can reach new PBs.
Continental Rubber Outsole
Ensuring superior grip over a variety of surfaces, the outsole of the Evo SL ATR consists of Contagrip rubber. Helping you stick to any surface, the high-tech rubber forms a solid bond with the ground below, whether that is dry pavements of rain-slicked roads. The grip ensures confidence in stops, starts and cornering to keep you self-assured as the miles build or the terrain and weather change.
