Altra Experience Flow 3 Women's Running Shoes

Experience a new reality in a shoe designed to make road running feel euphoric and effortless.

Engineered Mesh Upper

Designed using an updated and more breathable engineered mesh, the Experience Flow 3 significantly improves breathability and the overall running experience. This mesh allows cool air to circulate while removing unwanted warm air, helping control temperature and create a microclimate where feet can thrive. The shoes also incorporate Altra's Standard FootShape Fit, which enhances comfort by allowing your foot to sit more naturally and providing ample space for your toes to splay, ensuring a more accommodating fit. For improved comfort, the heel collar provides a secure hold around the ankle and heel. Finally, the traditional lacing system is designed to securely lock down your midfoot, ensuring you can focus on your run without distractions.

Altra EGO P35 Midsole

The Experience Flow 3 incorporates an Altra EGO P35 midsole, which is engineered for both comfort and responsiveness. This innovative midsole's excellent rebound and cushioning absorb impact effectively to help prevent injuries. The cushioning is positioned directly underfoot, which minimises ground impact and efficiently returns energy with each step, creating a spring-like feel. Additionally, the midsole's rocker shape geometry assists the gait cycle. This design utilises the energy from your last stride to power you into the next, resulting in an effortless feel and explosive toe-off that makes logging miles easier.

Durable Rubber Outsole

Completing the Experience Flow 3 is the outsole, which has been made from a durable, abrasion-resistant rubber, ensuring longevity. This robust material also provides a reliable grip, supporting forward movement so you can run further and faster with confidence.
