Designed with an updated, lighter, breathable upper, the Experience Flow 3 GORE-TEX significantly improves breathability and your overall running experience. This lightweight structure allows cool air to circulate while removing unwanted warm air, assisting with temperature control and creating a microclimate where feet can thrive. Working alongside this, the shoes have a GORE-TEX Invisible Fit for dry, fresh feet when running through tough, wet weather and rainy conditions. Moisture-wicking, the uppers stop feet from getting soggy from the inside out by removing excess sweat or moisture, keeping skin dry. The shoes also incorporate Altra's Standard FootShape Fit, which enhances comfort by allowing your foot to sit more naturally and providing ample space for your toes to splay, ensuring a more accommodating fit. For improved comfort, the heel collar has been redesigned in this new generation to provide a secure hold around the ankle and heel, and the traditional lacing system securely locks down your midfoot, so you can focus on your run without distractions. The Experience Flow 3 GORE-TEX incorporates an Altra EGO P35 midsole, which is engineered for both comfort and responsiveness. This innovative midsole works to provide excellent rebound and cushioning, absorbing impact effectively and helping to prevent injuries. The cushioning is positioned directly underfoot, which minimises ground impact and efficiently returns energy with each step, creating a spring-like feel. Additionally, the midsole's rocker-shaped geometry assists the gait cycle. Grippy MaxTrac Outsole

Completing the Experience Flow 3 GORE-TEX is Grippy MaxTrac, Altra's proprietary rubber outsole.
