The Altra Experience Wild 3 Plus features a breathable mesh upper which encourages fresh air to circulate, providing you with a cool, fresh wearing experience. Moisture-wicking properties prevent overheating and the build-up of sweat. This effectively removes sweat from the skin's surface and transports it through the upper layer for quicker evaporation, keeping your feet dry and comfortable. Alongside this, a GORE-TEX Invisible Fit keeps your feet dry and comfortable in poor weather, with quick-drying capabilities for fresh feet. Shielding feet from damage during knocks and bumps when facing challenges on the trail, Altra has added a toe bumper, which also improves coverage and overall durability. The stretch TPU overlays also add extra levels of comfort and protection where you need it most. You can easily attach a trail gaiter using the integrated GaiterTrap, which keeps your feet clean and protected from debris. Altra's signature FootShape fit provides a roomy toe box. This means feet can move naturally, with confidence in every foot strike, while giving toes more space to rest comfortably. A redesigned heel collar increases comfort while securing the foot in place for a comfortable and secure ride from start to finish. The midsole of the Experience Wild 3 Plus is made from Altra's iconic Ego P35 foam.
