Lightweight, Hyper Breathable Upper

Featuring strategically placed, lightweight, hyper-breathable fabrics, the upper of the Altra Mont Blanc Carbon Trail Running Shoes encases your feet in lightweight breathability, providing the utmost comfort for your feet to thrive under pressure. This sensational upper works to keep feet feeling cool and comfortable by removing excess heat and replacing it with cool, fresh air while blazing the trail so you can maintain your focus. The lightweight, breathable materials reduce unwanted bulk to help keep you focused and moving, whilst the Standard Footshape technology allows your toes to relax and spread out naturally for more comfort and stability in uphill climbs and downhill descents. Completing the upper construction of the Mont Blanc Carbon, a traditional lace-up system allows feet to remain comfortably secured in the shoes and prevents in-shoe slippage from occurring.

Altra EGO PRO Foam Midsole with Full-Length Carbitex Monoflex Carbon Plate

Crafted with a lightweight and responsive midsole with rim and core construction, the midsole features Altra EGO MAX in the rim for comfort and Altra EGO PRO in the core for enhanced race-day performance. The Altra Mont Blanc Carbon Trail Running Shoes provide you with all the light and luxurious performance needed for the trail, alongside an additional level of bounce and durability for total comfort and control on uneven surfaces. The Altra EGO PRO foam midsole works to reduce the impact being placed on joints, lessening the potential for injuries. A Balanced Cushioning platform works by placing your heel and forefoot in the same direction from the ground, therefore, encouraging proper, low-impact form throughout your trail run. A full-length Carbitex Monoflex Carbon plate completes the midsole to enhance the propulsive feel, underfoot protection and stability, providing trail runners with a competitive speed shoe that is designed to help give them an edge for training runs and races.

Vibram Litebase Megagrip Outsole

Completing the Altra Mont Blanc Carbon Trail Running Shoes is the Vibram Megagrip outsole. This grippy rubber outsole utilises Vibram's impressive Megagrip to offer unparalleled grip on both wet and dry surfaces and has been teamed with Litebase for a lighter feel than before. The Megagrip is a great, high-performing sticky rubber compound that features an unparalleled level of grip on both wet, and dry surfaces, for keeping your balance and enhancing your performance in a range of weather conditions. Additionally, the outsole is durable for the rugged longevity of these shoes and has an optimal level of ground adaptability. Not only this but the shoes have strategically placed flex grooves for additional traction and grip on a range of surfaces, helping you stick to any trail.
