Altra Experience Flow Women's Running Shoes

The Experience Flow (formerly known as the AltraFWD Experience) is all about a ride that's smooth, effortless, and efficient. Glide through daily workouts, crush long training runs, and smile through miles with the run club crew. Get into the flow and experience an effortless run!

Engineered Mesh Upper

Utilising an engineered mesh upper, the Altra Experience Flow Running Shoes work to keep your feet cool and comfortable, by providing a constant supply of air. The materials are also moisture-wicking, moving sweat and moisture away from the feet and dispersed through the construction of the material, enhancing in-shoe comfort and keeping your feet dry. This lightweight, low-bulk upper keeps you light and comfortable on your feet, for undistracted performance. To keep your feet fresh, the shoes have a breathable tongue that sits flat against your foot and a moulded heel collar to prevent irritation and keep your foot secure within the shoes. Completing the uppers is a traditional lace-up system that works alongside this to keep your foot securely placed within the shoes.

With a natural fit, the Altra Experience Flow Running Shoes have a roomy toe box and low drop, built to keep you comfortable and running. Move the way you were designed to.

Compression-Moulded EVA Foam Midsole with Rocker Geometry

The Altra Experience Flow uses extremely responsive and high-performing compression-moulded EVA through the midsole construction of these shoes, which provides the foot with supreme cushioning and rebound. This lightweight, responsive compression-moulded midsole foam encourages efficiency and an effortless feel. The cushioning reduces the impact placed on joints, lessening the potential risk of injury. A rocker geometry creates a propulsive feeling as it pushes you through the gait cycle and utilises your energy from your last step to push you into your next one. Altra's rocker shape is designed to give the feeling of being propelled forward with each step and provides an efficient toe-off without taking away from your natural stride. A new low drop complements this rocker shape geometry to reach all types of runners.

Rubber Outsole

To supply feet with a long-lasting, hard-wearing pair of shoes, the Altra Experience Flow is complete with a durable rubber outsole. Providing excellent grip and traction for road running, this durable outsole allows you to run confidently and keeps you going for miles. Natural flex grooves allow you to run freely with comfort. This long-lasting outsole makes the stylish Altra Experience Flow perfect for those staying connected to the running community as a social way to stay fit and healthy as well as those focused on performance.
