Altra Olympus 6 Women's Trail Running Shoes

Hit the trails harder than before with the new Altra Olympus 6. With an updated lug pattern delivering even more grip, you can take on the trail confidently. An EVA midsole offers underfoot comfort while the Original FootShape Fit lets your toes splay for a natural feel.

Engineered Mesh Upper

The upper of the Olympus 6 has been created with a breathable, engineered mesh. The highly durable material protects itself and your feet from bumps and scrapes, providing a long-lasting pair of shoes. The shoes are highly breathable, and the upper fabric has a perforated construction that allows cool air to circulate whilst releasing built-up heat to keep them cooler for longer. A premium collar and Achilles pillow have been used on the Olympus 6, providing a locked-in fit and keeping you comfortable with reduced in-shoe movement. Sidewalls add structure and durability to the shoe, keeping you protected on the trails. A GAITERTRAP hook and loop tab connects a strapless gaiter (gaiter not included) to prevent debris from entering the shoe, unlike traditional gaiter attachments, it prevents dirt from building up under the shoe. Completing the upper is a traditional lacing system which helps to lock the foot down to prevent excessive movement.

Compression Moulded EVA Midsole

The midsole has been created with an extremely resilient, ultralight foam. This foam is constructed from a firm CMEVA cushioning for a combined level of comfort and support. The CMEVA midsole offers maximum cushioning whilst maintaining a lightweight feel, perfect for the longest of runs, keeping you comfortable from the first mile to the last. The Original FootShape Fit gives a wider toe box that allows you to splay your toes for a more natural fit and feel when running on any surface.

Vibram Megagrip Outsole

Completing the Olympus 6 is a Vibram Megagrip outsole, a high-performance sticky rubber that provides exceptional grip and traction on any surface, whether dry or wet. The outsole also includes flex grooves, which increase traction and grip of varied surfaces by allowing your foot to move naturally, providing a larger surface area. The grooves have been cut out of the midsole to reduce overall weight and ensure traction when running. An all-new lug pattern increases grip and confidence even on the trickiest trails.
