Altra Experience Flow ST Men's Running Shoes

Experience a new reality in a shoe with gentle guidance, made to lead you on a euphoric and effortless road run. The Experience Flow ST features GuideRail technology, with medial guidance for an inherently stable ride, and a new lightweight and efficient Altra EGO P35 midsole foam.

Enginereed Mesh Upper

Designed using an updated and more breathable engineered mesh, the Experience Flow ST enhances breathability and the overall running experience. This mesh allows cool air to circulate while removing unwanted warm air, helping control temperature and create a microclimate where feet can thrive. The shoes also incorporate Altra's Standard FootShape Fit, which enhances comfort by allowing your foot to sit more naturally and providing ample space for your toes to splay, ensuring a more accommodating fit. For improved comfort, the heel collar provides a secure hold around the ankle and heel. Finally, the traditional lacing system is designed to securely lock down your midfoot, ensuring you can focus on your run without distractions.

Altra EGO P35 Midsole

The Experience Flow ST incorporates an Altra EGO P35 midsole, which is engineered for both comfort and responsiveness. This innovative midsole provides rebound and cushioning, absorbing impact effectively to help prevent injuries. The cushioning is positioned directly underfoot, which minimises ground impact and efficiently returns energy with each step, creating a spring-like feel. Additionally, the midsole uses a rocker-shape geometry to assist the gait cycle. This design utilises the energy from your last stride to power you into the next, resulting in an effortless feel and explosive toe-off that makes logging miles easier. Completing the midsole is Altra's GuideRail technology, which delivers inherent stability to help correct overpronation, meaning you get the best form from your run.

Durable Rubber Outsole

The outsole of the Experience Form has been constructed from a durable and abrasion-resistant rubber to ensure long-lasting use and enjoyment. It forms a solid bond with the ground for grip, allowing excellent forward propulsion so you can move further, faster. Due to the highly abrasion-resistant nature of the outsole, the shoes allow you to keep going mile after mile without worrying about the shoe's longevity.
