As a result the air inside the shoes will also warm to an uncomfortable level. However, the mesh surrounding the upper of the shoe will immediately step into action, allowing the air within it to escape out. The hot air is then replaced by cooler air from outside, and this will work constantly to provide you with exceptional breathability. Moisture from sweat is also able to escape out of the shoe, whilst liquid on the surface of the material is wicked away instantly, returning the shoes to their lightweight feel. A firm heel cup will ensure the rearfoot will always be held in a comfortable and upright position.
