<p>The GEL-EXCITE 4's upper features a breathable synthetic mesh design which allows hot air to diffuse out of the shoe, and cool air to permeate the membrane and pass into the shoe. This helps to create a cool, dry environment within the shoe and results in increased comfort for the wearer. The upper also features overlays which help to maintain the upper's shape, while also supporting the feet and providing stability. Additional reflective elements work to keep you illuminated during low-light training; the sleek, stylish design helps this shoe to function as a versatile everyday running shoe.</p>

<p>The GEL-EXCITE 4 features a SpEVA midsole, which helps to add a bounce to your step. The SpEVA unit minimises the energy lost during the gait cycle and channels it into your movements with its springy properties, thereby helping you to minimise energy loss and perform at a higher level for longer. The SpEVA midsole also provides durability to help extend your shoes' lifespan.
