Asics Court Slide GS Junior Tennis Shoes

For young and avid tennis players, the Asics Court Slide GS Junior Tennis Shoes will keep you firmly in control on the hard court.

Breathable Mesh Upper

The upper of the Gel-Game 7 Junior Shoes is constructed with an open mesh that encases each foot in breathable comfort. The mesh wraps and forms to the foot providing exceptional comfort, while also allowing air to fully permeate the construction, providing a constant supply of fresh, cool air. The mesh also promotes moisture management as it works to wick sweat and transfers it to the outer layers where it can be easily evaporated, ensuring your child stays cool, dry and comfortable. Firm areas surrounding vulnerable areas like the toes and the heel will protect you during matches, keeping your feet healthy and strong. A traditional lacing system and a padded tongue will guarantee secure comfort. Lastly, the upper offers a wider heel cage for increased stability and support throughout tricky movements.

EVA Midsole

Offering protection, support and rebound on court, the EVA midsole provides multiple benefits to the tennis player. Heavy impacts with the court are absorbed instantly by the EVA, preventing the force from reaching the sole of the foot and causing pain or discomfort. As well as this, there is cushioning provided, which will be felt on every step. This will reduce the amount of force placed on joints like the knees and the ankles, meaning that sharp changes of direction to make it to a shot can be done without placing to much strain on the body. When running across the court, the midsole will provide you with rebound that will give you an extra spring in your step, improving the responsiveness. In direct contact with the foot, there is a DURATEX insole, which will offer personalised comfort over time.

Durable Rubber Outsole

The Court Slide Tennis Shoes offer a solid rubber outsole that supplies improved grip on a variety of court surfaces. Having the durability and traction enables your child to make short, sharp movements without placing strain on their bodies. The shoes also feature an outrigger outsole construction which is where the outsole protrudes from the forefoot, giving the shoe a wider platform to help brace your child's weight and protects their joints as well as offering a more supportive and stable base.
