Breathable Mesh Upper
Mesh uppers encase each foot in durable, breathable comfort. The porous mesh is highly breathable allowing cool air to circulate, removing uncomfortable heat build-up and creating a cool, healthy environment that feet can thrive in. The increases in ventilation allows you to go further for longer in complete comfort whilst reduced overlays added durability and remain lightweight. The overlay reinforcements swathe the midfoot and forefoot to improve stability; they unite with the lacing system to promote complete lockdown, anchoring you to the midsole and reducing in-shoe slippage so that you can enjoy smooth, distraction-free strides. Completing the upper is a more accommodating forefoot which enhances overall comfort on long distances.
EVA Midsole
A platform of EVA resides underfoot for lightweight, responsive cushioning. Generous, soft and durable, it spares your joints as they strike down onto hard, unforgiving surfaces. Exceptionally lightweight, the EVA ensures long-lasting cushioning to keep you comfortable on long distance days. EVA is extremely firm, which will absorb shocks instantly and effectively, preventing them from causing any damage to the sole of the foot. Energy produced from this will also be returned as rebound, which will give you an added spring in their step. Embedded within this midsole platform is a Rearfoot GEL Cushioning System; implemented to attenuate shock, it spares your joints as you strike down onto hard, unforgiving surfaces.
Trail Specific Outsole
Keeping you firmly in control on the trails, the rubber outsole is able to form a solid connection with a wide range of different surfaces. The rubber is also extremely durable and abrasion-resistant, which will protect itself over a long period of time, whilst maintaining its high level of performance. As well as this, re-engineered lugs in the outsole offer better traction on off-road surfaces. The aggressive, multidirectional lugs offer unprecedented traction for running up and down hills so nothing can get in the way of you giving your ultimate performance.
