Engineered Mesh Upper

The upper has been reimagined with a new engineered mesh that adjusts to your foot's natural shape while providing a comfortable midfoot hold. Constructed using a breathable mesh, the ASICS GT-1000 10 Running Shoes encase each foot in comfort. The mesh allows air to fully permeate the entire upper, providing a constant supply of fresh, cool air while simultaneously forcing out hot, muggy air. The mesh upper creates a perfect microclimate for your feet to thrive in. Overlays have been used on the upper to increase structure and support. The overlays have been placed around the midfoot and around the toe for long-lasting comfort and guide. Completing the upper is a lacing system which locks down the midfoot to reduce in-shoe slippage for a distraction-free fit. With the addition of an integrated support system, this application improves the heel fit and creates a more secure feel.

FlyteFoam Midsole

The midsole of the ASICS GT-1000 10 Running Shoes has been constructed using Flytefoam that provides the perfect balance of lightweight and rebound properties. These layers of protection, bounce and comfort provide you with unmatched shock absorption and a lively ride. Flytefoam is the lightest cushioning material ASICS has ever made, 55% lighter than the industry standard midsole compounds and it buffers against the ground to protect you from unnecessary stress and fatigue. Embedded within this pillowy platform, and complimenting its bouncy nature, is the Rearfoot GEL Cushioning System. It works to reduce shock during the impact phase and promotes a peaceful transition to midstance. ASICS contrast their cushioning with the Duomax Support System. Implemented on the medial side, it helps to control pronation and reduce the risk of injury, enhancing stability and support without sacrificing lightweight or comfort.

Durable Rubber Outsole

Developed using a durable rubber outsole, the ASICS GT-1000 10 Running Shoes ensures improved grip in varied conditions. The rubber outsole is able to form a solid bond with the ground beneath it to ensure traction and grip on road surfaces. As well as this, the rubber outsole is highly durable to ensure long-lasting wear. The durable nature of the rubber will not wear down easily so these shoes will withstand the trials and tribulations of running. Completing the outsole are flex grooves which assist with grip and form a solid base to push from. The grooves allow the whole of the outsole to naturally flex where the foot flexes to increase comfort as well as performance.
