ASICS Magic Speed Men's Running Shoes

The ASICS Magic Speed shoe is made for racing or regular training runs. It offers the versatility you need to move your body and your mind towards a new personal best. Made to propel your foot forward, GUIDESOLE™ technology is combined with a carbon forefoot plate to create a smooth rolling sensation as you move through your stride.

Engineered Mesh Upper

Wrapping around your feet for a supremely comfortable and personalised fit, the engineered mesh on the upper of the Magic Speed is designed to fit like a second skin. The material will sit comfortably over the foot, moving and flexing to allow you to make a full range of movements without any restriction. The material will also allow a steady flow of air in and out, which will provide constant breathability and ventilation to keep you going for longer in comfort. The no-sew construction of the upper will also encourage targeted airflow, whilst it will also remove the risk of irritations being caused by rubbing and chafing. Support is offered to the forefoot and rearfoot as the material thickens, providing protection to vulnerable areas of the feet. Securing the fit is easy with an easily adjusted lacing system, and a flat-lying tongue sits comfortably on the ankle to remove any risks of irritation.

FLYTEFOAM™ Blast Midsole

FlyteFoam™ technology is at the heart of the ASICS fast series. It's 55% lighter than industry standard EVA midsole material and made with reinforced fibers that bounce back for optimal cushioning with every step. Popular with casual enthusiasts, weekend warriors, and professional athletes alike due to the lighter weight material, our FLYTEFOAM® collection of running shoes have a global reputation for superior comfort, incredible durability plus a lighter foam to help runners try to shave seconds off their fastest time each time they head out for a run.

AHAR™ Rubber Outsole

AHAR™ and AHARPLUS™ are outer sole materials with excellent abrasion resistance, and also come in sponge type with good cushioning. They improve the durability of shoes while maintaining necessary functions including grip. Abrasion resistance has been improved by using a rubber material that is also used for car tires which require high durability as the main material for the outer sole, and mixing it with a reinforcing material. AHAR™ has an abrasion resistance about two times higher and AHARPLUS™ about three times higher than our conventional rubber. The sponge type has realized a more than 50% reduction in weight compared to our conventional products.
