The mesh has been reinforced in key areas to ensure structure and support whilst the counter supports and locks in the heel. Completing the upper is a lacing system that locks down the midfoot to reduce in-shoe slippage so you can enjoy distraction-free strides. </p>

Flytefoam is the lightest cushioning material ASICS has ever made, 55% lighter than the industry standard, EVA and it buffers against the ground to protect you from unnecessary stress and fatigue. Its reinforced, organic fibres let the material bounce back to its original shape after every run, so you can train harder, more frequently, for longer without the worry your shoes might not be able to take it. Paired with this, the GEL technology cushioning positions itself in the midsole to reduce heel strike, and support your feet where you need it the most. Implemented alongside these marvellous technologies, the shoes are reinforced with technologies that prevent overpronation, assisting the transference of weight to your feet. </p>
