ASICS Trail Scout 2 Trail Running Shoes

The Trail Scout 2 shoe offers support and traction during your off-road runs. It creates good underfoot comfort, so your mind can experience the freeing feeling of enjoying nature. It's redesigned heel structure improves stability as you navigate uneven terrain, making it easier to focus on the trail ahead. By creating a better grip on rugged surfaces, this shoe helps you take steps with confidence.

Synthetic Mesh Upper

The upper is made with a synthetic mesh that provides full coverage and breathability. As you begin to exercise and feet begin to warm up, heat and vapour able to escape out efficiently and effectively - keeping you feeling ventilated and comfortable. Sweat and moisture are wicked away instantly, keeping the shoes lightweight and dry, and dirt and debris are also blocked out, removing the risk of irritation. The reinforced toe cap provides exceptional protection from any bumps or knocks that you may receive when out on the trails, whilst the redesigned heel structure improves stability, with an internal heel counter delivering advanced support to the rearfoot, holding it in a healthy position. A traditional lacing system allows you to find the perfect fit, securing the shoe to the foot comfortably. The soft and padded tongue and ankle collar feel comfortable against the skin, reducing the risk of rubbing and chafing, for comfortable, confident strides.

Injection EVA Midsole

Supplemented with a removable, moulded sockliner, EVA in the midsole provides lightweight cushioning and underfoot comfort. Embedded within this midsole platform is a Rearfoot GEL Cushioning System; implemented to attenuate shock, it spares your joints as you strike down onto hard, unforgiving surfaces. Energy created by the gait cycle within the midsole is then returned as rebound, giving you an added spring in your step, pushing you on further and faster.

Durable Rubber Outsole

Keeping you firmly in control on the trails, the rubber outsole is able to form a solid connection with a wide range of different surfaces. The rubber is also extremely durable and abrasion-resistant, which will protect itself over a long period of time, whilst maintaining its high level of performance. Deep lugs will dig into wet ground, further anchoring the feet in place, which will help with transitions like takeoffs and landings. The redesigned outsole pattern improves durability and provides excellent grip on off-road surfaces, so you can go further than ever before.
