The upper of the Fuji Lite 7 is constructed from a lightweight engineered mesh, providing breathable comfort for an improved trail running experience. The updated upper is highly durable, protecting your feet from knocks and scrapes when taking on the trail. Strategic perforations encourage cool air to circulate, providing fresh air and preventing overheating when conditions become challenging. Moisture-wicking properties prevent sweat and moisture from building up, transporting them to the shoe's outer layer for quick evaporation, ensuring feet remain dry. A tongue wing features to provide a comfortable, supportive fit around the midfoot while reducing tongue movement. The tongue wing combines with the traditional lacing system to lock the midfoot in place for a secure, locked-in fit, reducing in-shoe slippage.

FF Blast Plus Midsole

The Fuji Lite 7 features the responsive and highly cushioned FF Blast Plus foam for soft, cloud-like comfort on long trail-running adventures. FF Blast Plus is lighter than standard FF Blast foam, offering 15% better cushioning and 15% more energy return for responsive strides. This provides a soft, luxurious landing, delivering superior shock absorption to reduce injuries or discomfort when out on difficult, hard trail surfaces. The midsole features high-quality fibres that recover their shape after impact, ensuring resilience and long-lasting durability. Completing the midsole is an EVA sockliner for enhanced underfoot comfort.

ASICSGRIP Outsole

Anchoring you to changing trail-running surfaces and tricky terrain, the Fuji Lite 7 utilises ASICS' proprietary outsole, ASICSGRIP. This provides plenty of grip and traction, ensuring support on difficult adventures, while being super durable for reliability when running tough trails. Adorning the rubber are 4mm lugs for further grip on technical ground, keeping you secure when things get tough.
