Engineered Woven Upper

Designed using an engineered woven upper, the Blazeblast allows cool air to circulate, while at the same time removing unwanted warm air, helping to regulate temperature and create a microclimate where feet can thrive. The material is also long-lasting and reliable for exceptional comfort levels and stands up to the rigours of trail running. The padded heel collar and tongue sit close to the ankle and foot to increase comfort while preventing debris from entering. Completing the upper is a traditional lacing system which locks the midfoot to prevent excessive movement and provides a secure fit.

For cloud-like, super-comfortable strides from start to finish, the Blazeblast features a highly responsive FF Blast Max midsole. The foam increases bounce properties for more comfort, softness and outstanding responsiveness. The midsole provides excellent cushioning and energy return to help spare your joints while providing the flying feeling you need from your running shoes. The energy spared will help propel you into your next stride, allowing you to go further and faster, using less effort, alongside a generous stack height to provide you with the full effect.

ASICSGRIP Rubber Outsole

Rounding off the Blazeblast is an ASICSGRIP outsole that ensures outstanding grip and traction, anchoring you to the ground and improving efficiency. The tough, abrasion-resistant rubber is designed to form a solid grip on all surfaces, especially in wet conditions, ensuring complete control. This durability means the outsole will maintain its shape and definition over a long period. A trampoline outsole pod captures more energy return for an enhanced bouncing effect during toe-off. Completing the outsole are multi-directional lugs, which dig into slippery terrain for biting traction.
