Engineered Woven Upper

Providing enhanced breathability and comfort, the upper of the GT-2000 15 TR promotes in-shoe freshness for the entirety of your run. Perforations in the engineered, woven material enable effective circulation around the foot, facilitating heat escape and creating space for a refreshing coolness. The material also protects the foot from snags and stabilises it, reducing distractions as you rack up miles. A traditional lacing system effectively locks the midfoot into place for secure wear. Finally, reflective details have been added to improve visibility in low-light conditions.

FF BLAST MAX Midsole

Featuring an FF BLAST MAX midsole, the GT-2000 15 TR is highly responsive underfoot and provides soft comfort. With a softer formulation and an extra 2mm of foam than the last version, every landing feels cloud-like, while your toe-offs deliver powerful propulsion. An EVA sockliner further boosts underfoot cushioning for extra comfort. Rearfoot PureGEL technology mutes shock from hard surfaces below, cushioning your step by maintaining the reputation of acclaimed GEL products. Absorbed energy is released within your following stride as propulsive energy, giving you a much-needed motivational boost in every step. Finally, ASICS have incorporated their 3D Guidance System into the GT-2000 15. This system supports the foot throughout the stride, offering balance and structure while ensuring a non-restrictive feel.

ASICSGRIP and AHAR LO Outsole

The GT-2000 utilises a combined AHAR LO and ASICSGRIP outsole, which ensures a soft underfoot feel and excellent traction across various surfaces. The AHAR LO compound provides unwavering grip and is highly abrasion-resistant, offering three times the durability of the previous AHAR material. This high-abrasion outsole protects itself from damage and prevents slipping, ensuring complete control through a strong bond with the ground. Complementing this is the ASICSGRIP compound, which is exceptionally durable and maintains stability over both long and short distances, improving confidence. A trampoline outsole pod on the medial side provides more energy return for a greater bounce effect during toe-off.
